Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

• Free Shipping on selected products  

• Standard Shipping: $4.99 (if applicable)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, please contact us immediately at support.betagrab@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Beta Grab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
